Black TV Ratings for Week of October 18 - 24 NBC
continues to give CBS competition; 'Undercovers' gains viewers
(October 26, 2010) TV Viewing habits begin to solidify as black
audiences decide which new shows to be loyal to along with their old
favorites. NBC's "Undercovers" moved up on the Top 25 chart to 12th
place from 19th the previous week. CBS' "Hawaii Five-0" returned to
favor, while ABC's "Detroit 1-8-7" move into the top 10.
CBS was the most watched network with 15.3 million for 10 of its
chart-making shows. NBC was in close pursuit with 13.6 million across
seven shows. ABC claimed 10.6 million watchers for seven programs.
The total number of viewers watching the Top 25 most popular shows in
black households remained virtually unchanged from the previous week at
39.6 million.
