R.L. Polk announces agreement with black auto dealers on marketing services

(October 6, 2009) R. L. Polk & Co. and the National Association of Minority Automobile Dealers (NAMAD) announced that they have established a working relationship that recognizes Polk as a preferred provider of automotive marketing solutions.
