Cable TV Ratings for Week of September 15 - 21
'Monday Night Football' scores for ESPN; 'Payne' delivers network title to TBS

(September 24, 2008) It's game on as ESPN regains the No.1 spot from House of Payne on the list of Top 25 most watched cable shows during the third week of September. Not surprising since the match-up between Dallas and Philadelphia delivered big black populations. Payne did take the second through fifth positions easily.

TBS retained the most watched cable network title with 5.6 million viewers for House of Payne. TNT came in second with5.2 million. VH1 was third with 3.9 million.
