Miami Names Parker J. Gammon Local Sales Manager
(August 28, 2008) Lincoln Financial Media has hired 10-year industry
sales vet Parker J. Gammon as the new Local Sales Manager for AC WYLF-FM
(101.5 Lite FM)/Miami. He joins the company from Radio One's
Inspiration-formatted KROI-FM/Houston where he held similar duties.
Gammon is no stranger to South Florida, having held the General Sales
Manager position with WTPS-AM/Miami before its sale to Salem in 2007.
Previously, Gammon was a sales person and a Local Sales Manager with ABC
Radio, Bonneville Broadcasting and as Local Sales Manager and National
Sales Manager with Crawford Broadcasting/Chicago.
"Parker is a strong, creative leader with a sense of urgency, high
personal integrity and a proven track record of high sales performance.
He offers the right mix of talent and achievement that will help keep
our Lite sales staff moving forward," said Collins. Gammon will start
his new position on September 2. "I'm happy to be a part of the Lincoln
Financial Media family," said Gammon.
