Interactive One
names Sheryl Goldstein to new position of SVP of Sales

2, 2009) Interactive One, LLC the digital connection for Black America
and the digital division of Radio One, Inc., the largest African
American multimedia company, today announced that Sheryl Goldstein has
been named Senior Vice President of Sales. Goldstein will bring more
than 25 years of sales and marketing experience and a concentration in
digital, to her position.
In this newly created position at Interactive One, Goldstein will be
responsible for driving revenue, by leading all of national sales, sales
marketing and working with marketers to develop and enhance the
company's digital product offerings. Goldstein will oversee sales
offices in New York, Chicago, San Francisco and Los Angeles, and will
report to Interactive One's Chief Revenue Officer, Keith Bowen.
"We are excited to bring Sheryl on board to broaden interest in our
robust, rich and heavily trafficked suite of sites," said Keith Bowen,
Chief Revenue Officer, Interactive One. "We have a very large and loyal
following and we look forward to seeing Sheryl apply her proven talents

Sheryl is well positioned to take Interactive One into its next phase of
growth, given her success with broadening and deepening sales
partnerships at both About.com and AOL. Previously, she served as SVP of
Sales at About.com, where she built and managed the sales organization
for one of the 15 most visited websites in the U.S. Under her
leadership, the company gained significant market share from key
accounts including WalMart, Unilever, Target and T-Mobile. Previously,
she was Regional Sales Director for AOL, where she managed a team that
attracted blue-chip accounts, such as Procter & Gamble and Verizon
Communications.

Prior to her work with About.com and AOL, Sheryl was a Principal for the
Marketing Strategy Group at Luminant Worldwide. She is a graduate of
Syracuse University's Newhouse School of Public Communications and is on
the Board of Directors for ThinkQuest New York and participates on
numerous committees with the IAB.
