takes home gold at PhAME Awards, DTC National Awards
(May 7, 2008) – Reinforcing its leadership in multicultural healthcare
marketing, Prime Access has been honored with first-place recognition at
both the 2008 PhAME Awards and the 2008 DTC National Advertising Awards.
Both awards recognized the agency's campaign promoting a cervical cancer
vaccine to Latinas.
Awarded for its "Una Menos" campaign on behalf of GARDASIL, Prime Access
took home Best Multicultural Advertising awards at both award
competitions. This is the second consecutive year Prime Access has won the
Best Multicultural Advertising award at the PhAME Awards.

gay, and urban youth audiences.
Airing on Spanish television networks and in print, the Spanish-language
campaign entitled "Una Menos" encourages Hispanic women to be vaccinated
against the Human Papillomavirus (HPV) and to receive regular check-ups
and screenings.

reaching Hispanic, African-American, and gay audiences through compelling,

The PhAME Awards recognize outstanding achievement in creativity and
strategic innovation in generating results for pharmaceutical marketers.
The entries were judged based on the creativity and breakthrough execution
of the marketing strategy as well as the results in achieving brand
objectives.
Presented during the DTC National Conference (
www.dtcperspectives.com), the DTC National Advertising Awards
recognize the year's most outstanding work in direct-to-consumer marketing
of pharmaceutical products.
