Interep signs local
rep agreement for 23 URBan Radio stations
(April 18, 2008)Interep’s Local Focus announced today that it has signed a
representation agreement with URBan Radio, bringing 23 stations across six
markets into the Local Focus fold. Markets served by the 23 stations are
Meridien, Tupelo and Columbus-Starkville in Mississippi; Alexandria, LA;
Florence-Muscle- Shoals, AL; and Toledo, OH.
Kay Olin, President of Local Focus, said, "We are delighted to welcome
URBan Radio to the Local Focus team. We look forward to working with
Maynard Grossman and his URBan Radio sales team to build market share for
their properties."
