Kanye West launches online leisure and business travel program

(April 1, 2008) West Brands, LLC, a holding company owned and controlled by multi-Grammy Award winning artist and business entrepreneur Kanye West, is set to launch Kanye Travel Ventures (KTV), a travel program specifically geared to serve the business and leisure travel demands of Kanye's world-wide fan base.

As opposed to past celebrity brand-based travel programs, West Brands has brought together travel experts and consultants to create and manage a platform of best-in-class processes and systems, in order to assure the highest quality and most cost effective travel experience for Kanye's loyal fans.

As the program continues to evolve, Kanye fans will be able to customize their trips on the KTV site, www.KanyeTravel.com including purchasing Kanye concert tickets and other performance-related merchandise and events, at the same time as they are booking their travel reservations.

According to Neil Abrams, president of Abrams Consulting Group, Inc., a leading travel industry consultancy for over 25 years, "While celebrity brand-driven travel programs have been attempted in the past, none have demonstrated long-term viability due to the lack of resources, commitment, and expertise deployed by the management company and the endorsing celebrity.

KTV, however, has been designed with Kanye and his executive team, and his energy and resources have been devoted to this innovative product offering. By securing industry expertise, partnering with global reservations systems, and negotiating high-volume discounts with air, lodging and ground transportation suppliers at varied price points, West Brands has assured that the KTV travel experience will reflect Kanye's style and approach to living."

Kanye Travel Ventures, once successfully launched, will serve as a prototype for other such celebrity-brand driven travel programs, targeting the unique demographic profile and tastes of each artist's respective fan base.

Kanye Travel Ventures was formed in July 2007, as an independent subsidiary of Kanye West's West Brands LLC dba Super Good, to develop and manage a unique celebrity-brand driven travel program, beginning with KTV. Kanye West, the multi-Grammy Award winner recording artist and producer, established West Brands as a holding company to oversee his many business interests. KTV and West Brands' executive offices are located in West Hollywood, California.
