New date for Radio One annual conference call for investors is March 31

(March 11, 2010) Radio One, Inc. announced that it will hold its annual conference call for investors, analysts and other interested parties to discuss its results for the fiscal year 2009 on March 31, 2010 instead of the previously announced date of March 18, 2010.

The conference call is now scheduled for Wednesday, March 31, 2010 10:00 a.m. EDT. To participate on this call, U.S. callers may dial toll-free 1-800-230-1096; international callers may dial direct (+1) 612-332-0107.

A replay of the conference call will be available from 12:30 p.m. EDT March 31, 2010 until 11:59 p.m. April 2, 2010. Callers may access the replay by calling 1-800-475-6701; international callers may dial direct (+1) 320-365-3844. The replay Access Code is 143791. Access to live audio and a replay of the conference call will also be available on Radio One's corporate website at www.radio-one.com. The replay will be made available on the website for seven days after the call.
