SECURE CREDIT CARD REGISTRATION FORM

You must pre-register. Registration fees will not be accepted on-site and seating is limited.. We recommend that you register as early as possible. This event usually reaches "sold-out" capacity.

Registration fee entitles attendee to all panel and presentation sessions, Summit workbook, meals, receptions and refreshments.

Registration Fees:
 Summit registration is $199 per person and must be received by Nov. 12, 2007

To register as a group, submit the name of each person in the "Name" field. Separate each name with a comma. 		To receive a refund we must receive written notice of cancellation before Nov. 9, 2007. No cancellations will be accepted after that date, however, your fee may be applied to other Target Market News products and events. Cancellations received within the deadline are subject to a $25 administration fee.

Please note: The registration fee does not include hotel accommodations. The African-American Magazine Summit is not affiliated with a particular hotel for this event. You recommend make arrangements early.
