Phase One has already begun for the 2010 Census. Changes in how this Census is being conducted -- and the results of the count -- will impact every aspect of our political, social and economic lives. Now is the time to learn how all research on the African-American population will be affected. The session will also look at the latest updated figures and estimates from the American Community Survey, and tell how racial data will be treated in the new Census.

This panel will look at some of the new influences shaping African-American consumers.
